Joanna DeRosia

Joanna obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law. She then worked at a small firm practicing several areas of law while in Mississippi. In 2017, she started tailoring her practice to personal injury matters, and she genuinely enjoys every minute of it. She values her relationships with her clients; she works hard to ensure their legal journeys from start to finish are pleasant.. 

Experiencing an injury caused by the fault of someone else is difficult. It shakes up your life, creates frustration, and leaves you wondering what to do next. Specifically dealing with insurance companies is often unenjoyable; however, Joanna appreciates guiding and advising individuals through the process. Her number one goal is to do what is best for her clients. Joanna has settled a significant number of cases. In addition, she has supervised and handled pretrial matters and has trial experience. 

Joanna has a natural talent for sharing individuals’ stories, which are often upsetting when they are injured because of someone else’s fault, to reach a pleasant outcome.

On a lighter note, Joanna does not take herself too seriously. She enjoys attending shows at Red Rocks, attending festivals, being outdoors, refining her ski skills, and enjoying time with her family. She is a proud graduate of Mississippi State University (her undergraduate alma mater). Hail State!
